This large 2-story house is located on the waterfront of Matagorda Bay next to the main house of The Peaceful Pelican.  It has 3 bedrooms and 2 /2 baths.  The Master bedroom is located on the first floor with a king bed and attached bath. On the second floor are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full and single bed. The upstairs bedrooms are separated by a beautiful seating area overlooking the bay with 2 daybeds.  A large upstairs bathroom with both oversized tub and shower supports the upstairs bedrooms. The downstairs has a large living area with sectional couch, a formal dining area, full kitchen and breakfast area.
