The Sassy Seagull Cottage

The Seabreeze Suite is wheelchair accessible and has two rooms. The first room has a king-size bed and attached bath and roll-in shower. The other has a large library and daybed that pulls into a double bed. Enjoy a large patio overlooking Matagorda Bay and walking access to East Bay Park, public fishing piers, and a walking trail.

Please note that this suite does not include breakfast. However, you can purchase breakfast separately for $15 per person. Breakfast is served in the Main House dining room from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

The Galley Suite is the other suite in the Sassy Seagull Cottage. It offers a fully furnished kitchen, living and dining area, and a washer and dryer. The bedroom has an attached half bathroom with an additional bathroom and shower off the laundry room. Enjoy the patio overlooking Tres Palacios Bay (just off Matagorda Bay). The suite is also within walking distance of the public park, seaside walking trail, and public fishing piers.
